ACE Platform has been made available to users under the aegis of Abbott. ACE Platform is operated, supported, maintained by Insignia using its authorised service providers (collectively hereinafter referred to as “ Service Providers ”).
This Privacy Policy explains how Service Providers collect, access, handle and store personal information from individuals who register and use the ACE Platform (“User/s” / “You”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected from residents of countries other than India, or to third-party websites to which ACE Platform may link. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, User(s) shall mean such individuals who are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and wish to use or access ACE Platform.
